How to
make a claim

We’re sorry that something has happened to your pet and you need to make a claim.

Here is how to make a claim:

  • Complete a claims form together with your vet and send it to our underwriter, Covea Insurance plc.

You can choose from two claims forms depending on your case; a form for either a new condition or a form for a recurring condition:

Click here for the New Claim form

Click here for the Continuation Claim form

  • Send the form either via Email or Post

    claims@petadminteam.com

    FREEPOST PETADMIN

Please note: This is freepost and no stamp is required.

Keeping your pet healthy

While we can’t always predict illnesses or accidents for our furry-friends, here are some tips to keep them happy and healthy, hopefully steering clear of any claims!

  • FirstVet

With FirstVet, you can make a video vet appointment, anytime, anywhere. So if you notice any changes in your pet’s behavior, you can get advice early to prevent things from getting worse! Plus FirstVet offers tons of helpful articles on dog and cat health!

  • GPS Tracker

With a Tractive GPS tracker, you can track your pets wellness and sleep patterns and even receive health alerts to detect potential issues early.

  • Keeping Active

We all know keeping our furry pals active keeps them in top shape. With the Tractive GPS, you can monitor every step they take, making sure they stay safe and never wander off.
