Changes to our insurance offerings

We are currently in the process of replacing our existing underwriter with a new carrier due to CovΓ©a Insurance plc (CovΓ©a) having taken the commercial decision to cease underwriting Yes Insurance Pet Cover.

Following their decision we have taken this opportunity to review our current pet insurance offering, and are now working with a new insurer to bring you more innovative and competitive products. This transition will take some time, but we expect to be able to announce our new partnership in the near future.

We are also working on other products beyond pet insurance. Exciting times ahead – watch this space!

What this means for you:

  • Existing customers

    If you are an existing Yes Insurance Pet Cover customer, rest assured that your policy is still active and providing cover to you and your furry friends as usual.

    Should you wish to view your policy, make any policy changes, initiate a claim, etc. you can do this as usual through your policy portal, here.

  • Expiring policies (Renewals)

    If your policy expires on or after 28th February 2026 it will not be automatically renewed and we will not be able to offer you renewal terms.

    We will email you prior to your cover expiry date to confirm you no longer have cover through us.

    However, we have been working with our friends at Muddy Paws Pet Insurance who would be delighted to assist you with your renewal and ensure continuity of cover.

    The email we will send you confirming the expiry of your policy will provide details of how to get a quote fromΒ Muddy Paws.

  • If you need to make a claim

    For existing customers, Covea’s claims process remains unchanged.

    All the details you need to make a claim can be found on our Claims Page.

  • New customers
